processes and project management to facilitate a seamless integration
with our clients' studio, irrespective of geographical location.
Our processes undergo constant reforms
to address specific client and project needs:
Accurate assessment and documentation of drawing and
Project Quality Plan: PQP initiates the projects with
resource planning, time schedules, critical submissions and project
milestones. It is reviewed constantly to update the client of the
design changes and project overruns.
Project Status Reports and Time Cards: Weekly and
monthly updates to ensure a transparent work process.
We recognize that to be an extension of
our clients' setup, efficient and transparent communication is
essential. Web based meetings, VOIP, FTP sites, and high speed
broadband are all part of our communication channels. When required our
team leaders are ready to travel at short notice.
